Keto buns with almond flour.
Ingredients (should be added in the following order):
- 3 eggs;
- 200 grams of almond flour;
- 70 grams of psyllium husk;
- two pinches of salt;
- 2 spoons of baking powder;
- a tablespoon of apple or wine vinegar;
- 375 ml of boiling water;
- optional seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, black cumin.
Preparation:
- While pouring boiling water over the ingredients, mix everything vigorously with a spoon until thick.
- Form balls.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Keto buns with coconut flour.
Ingredients (should be added in the following order):
- 3 eggs;
- 200 grams of coconut flour (preferably low-carbohydrate, i.e. containing about 15g of carbohydrates per 100g of flour);
- 70 grams of psyllium husk;
- two pinches of salt;
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda;
- a tablespoon of apple or wine vinegar;
- 750 ml of boiling water.
Preparation:
- While pouring boiling water over the ingredients, mix everything vigorously with a spoon until thick. If the dough has still dry areas, you can add more water at room temperature.
- Form balls. After placing them on a baking tray (lined with baking paper), the balls can be flattened a bit.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180-200 degrees (using the hot air function).
