Keto buns.

Keto buns with almond flour.

Ingredients (should be added in the following order):

  • 3 eggs;
  • 200 grams of almond flour;
  • 70 grams of psyllium husk;
  • two pinches of salt;
  • 2 spoons of baking powder;
  • a tablespoon of apple or wine vinegar;
  • 375 ml of boiling water;
  • optional seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, black cumin.

Preparation:

  1. While pouring boiling water over the ingredients, mix everything vigorously with a spoon until thick.
  2. Form balls.
  3. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Keto buns with coconut flour.

Ingredients (should be added in the following order):

  • 3 eggs;
  • 200 grams of coconut flour (preferably low-carbohydrate, i.e. containing about 15g of carbohydrates per 100g of flour);
  • 70 grams of psyllium husk;
  • two pinches of salt;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda;
  • a tablespoon of apple or wine vinegar;
  • 750 ml of boiling water.

Preparation:

  1. While pouring boiling water over the ingredients, mix everything vigorously with a spoon until thick. If the dough has still dry areas, you can add more water at room temperature.
  2. Form balls. After placing them on a baking tray (lined with baking paper), the balls can be flattened a bit.
  3. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180-200 degrees (using the hot air function).
